Firearm Transfers
We strive to process all incoming transfers on the same business day they are received (Monday–Friday). Depending on daily volume, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing. Our team will contact you personally as soon as your item is logged and ready for acquisition.

Magazine Limits
Colorado 15-round limit for detachable magazines. Non-compliant mags must be converted or are forfit before the firearm is transfered.
By choosing Spartan Defense as your transfer dealer you accept that some or all magazines shipped with your transfer may not be transfered to comply with state law.
Storage & Abandoned Items
Transfers not picked up within 30 days of delivery to the shop will incure a $25.00 storage fee.
Transfers are concidered abandoned property after being help for 120 days without communication from the customer.
