Training & Course Policies
Course Participation
While it is our sincere desire to accommodate the individual needs of our customers, the following policies should be considered prior to course registration.
If you are Pregnant
You will not be permitted to participate in any course that involves shooting at any of our indoor/outdoor shooting ranges.
Cancellation & Alteration
If it is necessary for Spartan Defense to cancel/postpone a course, for whatever reason, we will either refund your tuition in full or move you to the next available course.
Student Cancellation/AlterationMore than 30 days prior: We will either refund your tuition less a $50 booking fee, or move you to a course that better suits your schedule.
Between 30 days and 2 weeks prior: We will either refund your tuition less a 50% penalty, or move you to a later course.
Less than 2 weeks prior: There is no refund. You can, however, re-schedule to a future class. Costs are as follows:$35 re-booking fee for classes $115 or less$100 re-booking fee for classes $116 or more
